Device data (e.g., model, OS, IP address, language settings)

c. Purchase Data

Shopping list entries
Uploaded receipt images
Store loyalty card details

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide the core features of the App
Personalize offers and price recommendations
Analyze shopping patterns to improve our services

We may anonymize and aggregate your data for insights shared with third parties (such as retailers, researchers, and consumer packaged goods companies). These insights do not include personal information.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and notify us immediately of any suspected breaches.

7. International Users

The App is intended for users in Canada and the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in these jurisdictions.

Canadian users: governed by PIPEDA and the laws of Nova Scotia
U.S. users: governed by CCPA and the laws of Delaware

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover such data, it will be deleted immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in the App and update the "Effective Date" at the top.

Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
